At least the delivery boy needs to call us before cancelling the delivery. I can understand after 5 the person needs to pack his bag and is in a hurry to go back to his home but at least he should inform to the concerned person that today he is not able to deliver the item due to xyz reason and he will reattempt it again tomorrow or if there is any confusion with the address he would have been calling us to clear the things apart from choosing a simple option to just click the button on his device to cancel the delivery and with wrong address
We do not have the number of the person to call him from our end so that we can guide him if there is any problem in finding the address. We have only one option to wait from your text message to come and inform us that your delivery is been cancelled now.
