Blue Dart Express — delivery delayed and bad behavior

Sir i was about to receive a shipment from last 4 days. Daily i got a response in morning that shipment is on the way but at the end of day i got a message that wrong pin code will impact delivery. I contacted several time they told me that the response is system generated. Even i contacted local city head office in Indore but haven't respond satisfactorily and today also parcel is out for delivery for whole day and still it is not delivered.I troubled a lot both by your services and your staff as they behave very rudely. This is happens second times. You can see my delivery status from my way bill. I have not seen this kind of worst services ever.
Your office staff have told me to take leave to receive shipment for a day or come from 15km to receive shipment if you want to receive shipment when i asked about receiving shipment.
