Blue Dart Express — Delivery guy charging money and not delivering the product.

No delivery attempt was made by the courier partner.

extremely frustrating experience.

The delivery boy called on 2 Nov- after 3.30, when the delvery was to be done before 1.30. I told him to come the next day but before 1.30, but again he did jot turn up. And when I called him bavk he said - " there are no delivery boys", and disconnected.

I called him again and then he promised to deliver it on 5 Nov before 1 pm.

Still i am not getting anything. . This guys has has now diverted his mobile number - [protected]

Worst experience ever.

I'm reporting this to a higher level.

My courier is not being delivered. The courier man keeps saying house is closed when someone is in the house. They should phone when they come to the house to confirm.The phone number provided at Verna, Goa is useless.Nobody picks it up always busy. How am suppose to conatact and get my parcel.
