Blue Dart Express — delivery issues and misbehaviour | |||
Hi, This is in reference to awb# [protected]. This shipment arrived at my place on 21 march. Since i was in office, i was not able to receive the parcel. Thereafter, i have made multiple calls on 21 march, 22 march, 23 march to reschedule the delivery for saturday 24 march between 03 pm and 06 pm. However, the bluedart delivery ignored all these messages and continue attempting delivery at 11 am on weekdays. Today, 24-march, i received call from bluedart delivery (Phone number [protected]) telling me that delivery has again failed as no one was at home. I told him that i had rescheduled delivery for 3 pm to 6 pm (Multiple times) so he should deliver at the same time. He completely ignored and told me that he is too busy with other deliveries and cannot deliver today. My complaint is that despite rescheduling the delivery and calling multiple times, why is my request completely ignored. The delivery person is not reachable at the contact number and he is constantly disconnecting all my calls. Please get this issue resolved and ask him to attempt delivery between 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm today else i will lodge complaint with consumer court. This is no way to deal with customers.
