I applied for credit card in SBI for urgent need. SBI sent the card to me viva blue dart courier. A phone call is received on 24th March 2018 from local office of blue dart courier(meerut, u.p. centre) that they will deliver my card on the address which is my office address but my office was closed on 24th and 25th March on account of Saturday and Sunday.
I requested to the caller to deliver it to my home address. He accepted and promised to deliver on next day i.e. 25th March but he didn't.
On Monday I inquired on phone that why he didn't deliver my card, he directed me to another person for deliver of card. So I asked the other person for delivery details.
After stalling with me without a definite answer he insisted again and again to deliver the card at office address and refused to deliver my card to my home address saying it's against our company policy to do so.
Since i needed it urgently i contacted SBI Executive for help. SBI Executive contacted to the blue dart's executive and somehow they managed to deliver the card to my home address.
When i received the card i was very much surprised to know that there are two addresses printed on the envelope, out of which my home address was also mentioned under secondary address.
Sir my complaint is why did he refuse to deliver the card to my home address which was also written on envelope by SBI itself and linger on delivery for 4 days causing me great trouble and mental harassment along with me unable to carry out the work i had to with the help of card.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for my complaint.
