Blue Dart Express — Delivery of consignment | |||||
The consignment was booked on 28th july 2016. As as per the tracking details, the consignment was supposed to be delivered on 1st aug, but as 30th july being sunday, so the delivery was to be on 1st aug 2016. But today its 4 aug 2016 time: 4:18 pm the consignment has not reached yet. We have made numerous calls and emails to the courier company and to the delivery person as well, but he does not answer to the calls at all. We were given assurance for the delivery on 3rd aug by 1 pm. Therefore i dont seem to have any power more to do than to file this complaint against the courier company. The parcel contains important documents which needs to reach my associate office and some serious application needed to be done, but due to the delay the application seems to may get cancelled and i shall face a huge loss in work/business. Even after requesting the customer service to send the shipment on priority but received a message that courier service has a holiday on Sat-Sun where as I checked the nearby office which was open.Third class service
