I had ordered a few things from nykaa. They said it would be delivered within september 3rd but they failed to deliver my order and they sent me a message that the order couldn't be delivered because i was unavailable. They didnt even bother to call me and ask my location. And then i cobtacted your customer care service three times regrding this issue first the neded my landmark then they needed to confirm my number. Then finally i received a call from the courier boy asking me to collect the order from thier office i told them to come to my place but they didn't.
