I had ordered a product online and i received it yesterday. The shipment code was [protected]. Manish delivered it on 27 june.
While ordering it, i had mentioned the address clearly 3rd floor of batra house on plot no. 52. The name of my company was also present on the address. However, the delivery person, manish sternly refused to come to the third floor for delivery. Instead, he asked me to come to the main gate to collect my parcel. He cited the reason that he had a load and could not come. There is a lift in our building and he could have availed the lift. All the courier delivery people come to the third floor for delivery.
I would like to ask blue dart, is this your policy to ask the customer to come to the main gate to pick up the product? If all other courier companies can come to the third floor, why not blue dart? Was this information helpful? |
