Blue Dart Express — delivery person misbehave! (bad behavior) | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am writing this email to raise a complaint against a person who was suppose to deliver my package. Tracking number is awb# [protected]. When i tried to return his call, he misbehaved and said "raise a complaint if you want, i don't care". I have faced problems because my parcel was not delivered. He did not even attempted it to my address and confirmed the same when i called him back on top of that, your employee misbehaved badly. I guess, his name is sanjeev. I want to know what will you do to make sure this is not repeated. With all due respect, if my complaint is not taken seriously, i will raise it to higher officials and go to the customer forum.
