Blue Dart Express — delivery person not delivering the parcel

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 421302

My tracking id [protected], while delivering the parcel i'm not in office 2 times, and i told him to wait for a moment i'm coming to take parcel, he is not waited and he went back same done 2 times.. And now i'm calling him to make delivery he told "abhi nahi aa saktha, bande nahi hai, bank se lelo".

Please look into the matter.
