The delivery person came to our premises and returned back without handing over the delivery or calling back for address clarification. Later they quote that the area is not serviceable, and collect it from our office which is 70 km far. If it was so, then how did he reach our premises in the first place? The fact is that BLUEDART has serviced the same area in several occasions in the past. This shows highly negligent and irresponsible behavior on their part. Was this information helpful? | |||||
