[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — Delivery status failed

I was notified today about the order being delivered. But later, a message was sent informing me that the item was undelivered due to address issues.
When I checked the site for tracking, the status shown was "PROHIBITED AREA-ENTRY RESTRICTED FOR DELIVERY" - which is confusing for me because I have never had issues with courier services ever before.

I don't know what to do now so please kindly look into it.
I have attached the screenshot of the tracking information for reference.
