Blue Dart Express — delivery status shows consignee address incomplete, landmark neede

Why in the first hand you accept parcel if address is in complete as per you. Why i was not called on my mobile number if the address wasn't traceable. How come all my mails and 2 couriers from the same sender reach my place in the last month.
The parcel reached beas in morning 09:36 am and delivery tried late in the evening i. E. If it has been tried and i was not called. Please ask the courier boy to call me on my mobile so that i can tell him the address.
