Blue Dart Express — denial of delivery | |||
I have a consignment to my home through blue dart. Blue dart office is at 7 the mile. Taliparamba, kannur, kerala, india, 670141. The office staff denies delivery to my home, which is situated at about 200 mtrs from the office. Pincode of my address was 670141till last year. Thereafter the code was changed to 670562.in all my records and communications the old pincode is registered. The place is the same. They say they will deliver at 670141 only. This is rude.
