Blue Dart Express — did not receive courier even after a week of expected delivery date | |
I ordered a product and as per online status of blue dart, i had to receive the product on the same day 24th march. But on mobile i received a sms of 29th March, expected date. I have not received my product even, today 5th April. Way Bill No: [protected]. They update invalid reasons of delay on website everyday. Delivery guys called me twice on different days, they said. 1. It is not my area. 2. It is not on my way so i can not come today. I think, they are unnecessary delaying the delivery. This is irony of yours mischeif as i booked the courier on 02.04.18 and the site shows delivered on same day and booking date showing 31.03.18
