Blue Dart Express — did not receive my courier yet

The courier isn't delivered and the status of the track says "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery". There is no sms alert or any intimation about this.

It is supposed to be delivered 12 march 2020.
Its been dispatched but not delivered and mentioned that its located in gbl-service center hyderabad.
Could please provide when could it possibly reach me.

Our way bill no [protected], he did't deliver to us not contact (our ph no:[protected]), and track showing that it is already delivered on 6/3/2020 and recipient is Arbaz,
Rectify your mistake and handover our shipment as soon as possible
