Blue Dart Express — didn't get my parcel from last 2 weeks

Hi,
I was supposed to get my parcel on 06 march, today is 15 march and still waiting for it. I have been calling on their customer care number #[protected] from last 6 days and everyday i m getting this reply - "sir, you will receive today only".
Very poor service and totally disappointed.
Look like their customer care has no coordination with the warehouse /delivery office and vice versa.

Lost my Forex/Travel card in ITALY, ICCI bank they sent the card in to the Blue dart services But still i didn't receive . no message, no mail, no call where it is ?

I don't have money some how i ma managing with few amount now totally over what i have to do .
