Blue Dart Express — do not call | |
Blue dart delivery boys do not call the customer about their current location status etc. They don't deliver the product and just update the status as per their wish like premise closed, consignee not available, ext no not available. Restricted area delivery prohibited etc. They just update the delivery status like this as per their wish. They don't even call the customer or come to delivery site. I have not received my credit card since 21 may 2018 they just keep updating the status like this. On 25 may 2018 they update the status prohibited area but did not call me and on 26 may 2018 they update the status premise closed but they did not come and call me even. I was in the premise only. Blue dart is the asia's most poor courier service and they should be penalised for their service. They don't have any management skill. They don't even know how to reach a customer how to deliver a product. They just play with the customer product. Very very dissatisfied. Most faltu service. I have no time to run behind them. Please look into this and charge a huge amount of penalty against them. Blue dart is the most worst service provider. I have taken service from dtdc they are enough good in this field they call their customer. Was this information helpful? | |
