My docket no is [protected], not delivered, due to no landmark marked but actual that address is correct but from your side address not searched also not called to me for landmark so my very important document returned. And when i had visited to hadapsar branch where is my docket then reply from you "we cant give here you docket if you have id card"
You are requested to deliver my courier earliest.

I got a phone call from delivery guy he asked me where he should come to deliver the package. I told him the address but he got confused and went to other location. When he called me back I clarified him the location but he started shouting at me. It was offensive. In my past experiences I have never dealt with any unmannered delivery guy.
