Hi team,

My document shows it is delivered but it's not delivered by the courier person it is wrongly updated in portal.

There is no call or message from the courier guy and it says it's delivered.

It was a very important document from the bank now because of the courier guy I need to raise a complaint again to the bank that the document is not delivered
