Hello Team, I was tracking the subjected ref#EV[protected] which was updated as they tried to contact me twice and the department name and the extension number was missing and was sent back to hub. Actually no one tried to call me or i haven't received any email/message from any one from the Blue dart, also when i tried to reach the Customer care my call was put on hold for 6 mts and it got disconnected anatomically and i tried another time to reach but there is no response from any one. Just wanted to know if you people are not capable of delivering the product on time then why did you take the order, not sure how your management is able to track the aged order and what actions have been taken against the guys who are not driveled the product on time, one of the worst service i have ever faced in my life time. if you have at least basic professional ethics please get back to me or call me at the earliest .
