Blue Dart Express — Fake delivery attempt / False remark "Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared" for Credit Card delivery (AWB: [protected])

I am writing to report a fraudulent delivery attempt remark on my shipment (Waybill/AWB No: [protected]), which contains an important bank credit card.
On the scheduled delivery date, the status was updated to "Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect." No delivery executive attempted delivery, visited my address, or called my registered mobile number. No OTP request was ever received.
The courier agent has falsely marked the shipment as refused to meet delivery targets, putting my credit card at risk of being Returned to Origin (RTO).
I request an immediate investigation into the delivery executive responsible for this route and an urgent re-attempt of delivery to my address.
