I placed an order on TIRA, and the shipment arrived in my area on February 2, 2025, via Blue Dart. Initially, they scheduled delivery for the same day, but they have been continuously changing the delivery date without any valid reason. Despite this, no one from Blue Dart has contacted me regarding the delivery.
I have repeatedly tried reaching out to both TIRA and Blue Dart customer support. However, Blue Dart does not have a proper customer service system—the contact number on their website is not connecting. As for TIRA, their response has been vague, stating that the delivery will happen within eight working days, without addressing the actual issue.
When I check the Blue Dart tracking updates, it repeatedly shows “Prohibited Area - Entry Restricted for Delivery.” Additionally, they falsely mark the shipment “Out for Delivery” at 10:31 PM, only to update it as “Cannot be Delivered - Prohibited Area” at 10:36 PM. This pattern has been ongoing for the past week.
TIRA has also been unhelpful, refusing to provide Blue Dart’s customer care contact details or arrange a call with them, citing confidentiality regarding their logistics partners. This lack of accountability from both Blue Dart and TIRA is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue. I am attaching screenshots and the Blue Dart tracking link for reference.
