Blue Dart Express — goods not delivered by bluedart but tracking shows delivered

I was supposed to receive a courier on 07-may-2018 tracking id is: [protected]
To my surprise i have not received the goods but the status in bluedart tracking shows delivered.

I could not understand which era you are living. A simple phone call would help and at least updating the courier guys phone number would really help instead of providing wrong status details in your tracking site.

I have called customer support today 08-may twice getting the answer that the local team will check n call. I haven’t received any call or neither received the goods.

Can you take necessary action to track my goods and deliver to me correctly?
