Ive been tracking my shipment and its been stuck at the final destination since 24th of Oct 2022 10:05. My shipment is already past the delivery date which was on 24th oct 2022. I have never faced an issue with bluedart but this time I am very disappointed. The shipment has been inscan for 24 hours at the final delivery station. Contacted the customer service several times and everytime they say it will get delivered but it doesn’t. On 29th of Oct 2022 it was OUT FOR DELIVERY but deliver was never attempted. I called again to get an excuse that my phone was unreachable. Thats untrue bcz i always get an SMS alert if my phone was unreachable and if someone had tried calling. Even if the phone was unreachable my address was not. My address is very much accessible and also on the google map and moreover there is always someone at home to receive the shipment so why call but not try to deliver the product. I have been receiving BLUEDART parcels every week without a call how come all of a sudden they decided to call and not deliver?
They are just making lame excuses bcz the parcel is big as it is a mattress topper. Why accept courier when you can’t deliver it?

Its better to write to the bluedart all india incharge Sonia. Her email is tagged in the website. Within 24 hours i got my delivery.
