Blue Dart Express — horrible service/irresponsible customer service | |||
This courier company must be completely ousted from india as it is pathetic in service and costing huge time and money to the customers without giving proper services. My card was shipped on 26th sept, next day it arrived at the main office but the delivery guy will always post in the tracking status as address un-locatable/wrong pin-code/consignee not available. On calling customer care, they will repeat the same status without any other help on the delivery. We are fed-up. Why can't these banks opt out the bluedart and send through most trusted speedpost services or pressure the bluedart to comply and behave responsible. Wake up man! We need only good services.
