Blue Dart Express — huge transit delay even though it is booked in air courier due to emergency | |
It is very bad that the courier has got delayed by 4 days which was booked though air for some urgent requirement. 40 kgs of material was booked through air courier from cochin on 10th oct-2017 to indore under [protected], which is yet to get delivered. Due to this delay production was down from 12th oct-17 on-wards, for which blue dart have to take the responsibility. Team does not even bothered about the urgency, even after many requests. As a special case material need to be delivered to the site on urgent basis so that further delays can be avoided. Hope blue dart have some commitment towards customer satisfaction.
