[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — I am complaining about customer service | |||||
It's almost one week since i am facing issue with blue dart. I have a parcel from british council about material of ielts. British council send me message on 3rd august that parcel is dispatched on 31st of july and i will get it within 2 days. But when i track my parcel on 5th august, i saw that my parcel has been delivered to ravibhai successfully, which is wrong address and wrong person. Even i don't know any ravibhai and he is not my neighbour too, i visited my nearer blue dart office, they give me number of courier boy, i contact that boy. But they are not give me proper replay, every time they tell me i will give you your parcel tomorrow. But still i didn't get my parcel. Parcel is important for me, because on 26th july i have ielts exam. I want that book in any situation. Blue dart air way bill number is :-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
