Blue Dart Express — I am not collected my courier from blue dart express

I am supposed to get courier from blue dart express courier, when i checked in the blue dart site for status i could see that "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed", but i didn't get any call or message from delivery boy. I need that courier asap, can some one please help me on the issue. Thanks for the understanding.
