Blue Dart Express — i had ordered something and the tracking details said it was delivered but i havent received it

The tracking details were saying that my parcel was delivered whereas i haven’t received it. The tracking details aren’t even seen anymore. I’m very disappointed. It was a parcel which was prepaid and i had given 1.7k for it
This is very depressing
