Blue Dart Express — I have not received the receipt

I have submitted the passport through blue dart where in they confirmed that i will received the receiving receipt on whats app .I have not received the same infact now not answering the calls on[protected] and also this is second time where they insist us to submit the same in the branch . If we are paying for pick up and drop then why we have to go and submit there ?
Please get me the receipt asap.
