I had received a message from ICICI regarding waybill on 15 Feb mentioning it reaches in 4 days. Later on 17 th I received a message from bluedart that they attempted the delivered and missed to complete on 17.
Now on 20, when I see the tracking, it shows some address incomplete, this couldn't be reason as address and road and my contact were clear with ICICI organization and earlier received other documents with the similar address.
Seems the bluedart is skipping g in delivering products without any confirmation or verification with customer.
By the way I tried calling the chargeable blue dart number and it's IVRS never forwarding call to executive to report issue. This is another looting from customer without a proper customer care navigation. Was this information helpful? |
