Blue Dart Express — i'm complaining about not receiving the shipment while the courier person has marked it delivered

I ordered clothes from stalkbuylove and my waybill no is [protected].
Bluedart was supposed to attempt delivery on 29 july and in the morning around 11.30 am the package showed status of delivered while nothing was actually delivered to my place.
Such companies make us feel ordering prepaid is very risky and are ignorant and careless about our hard earned money, also, they dont provide proper tracking.
