Blue Dart Express — Improper information conveyed by Blue dart | |||
We booked the shipment from two accounts. Account "A"…. Which was not picked up due to high Invoice value and left at the gate stating that this should go by the road & 2nd booking was from my Head Office account. Both the times the personnel on the call did not mention of the documents “E-Sugam”. All that was asked for is Invoice copy and Declaration. I’m sure the calls are recorded… and then have the courtesy to say a lie to the relationship Manager that all information has been passed on, colleagues are blatantly feeding mis-information which calls for immediate action at your end. We have verified this from our end twice when we called the Customer service. The Bangalore Blue Dart employee gives us information to back date E-Sugam form to cover-up the goof-ups occurred from Bombay office. So much goo[censored]p's by professional company calls for doing business with Small timers and not these big unprofessional guys. Was this information helpful? | |||
