I had ordered spectacles(powered ones) from lenskart and their courier partners are bluedart. If the delivery boy can't find the address, they are supposed to be calling my mobile number!! I never knew they had such a "" wonderful company rule"" to not call the consignee. Either bring me my product or pay me rs1960. I will buy specs from near by. I tried contacting customer care of bluedart and the customer executive ( inorder to change my address directly if they didn't understand) he said i need to contact lenskart, I contacted lenskart and they said to contact bluedart!!! Am I supposed to stay partially blind because of bluedart's stupid formal process of "not contacting the customer when there's a confusion in delivery address"? One more point, these people had contacted me while I was returning the damaged product to lenskart Was this information helpful? |
