Sender sent the courier on 9/11/22, and I have yet not received it (today 19/11/22)
I try to check on tracking status.
My awb is invalid.
I called the customer care, they refused to help me track the shipment.
Asked for local contact number of a blue dart office, they refused to provide that too.
How am I supposed to track my important shipment with such a ridiculous service and behaviour ?
And this is not the first time for their bad service.
