Blue Dart Express — irresponsible act | |||
To concern peson, I have booked a parcel through bluedart bhopal pod no ([protected]). While booking i have inssist to deliver parcel on 18/11/2017 as my relative has Flight on the same day at 5 pm. It was very urgent parcel but not deliver within time frame as it wrongly delivered at cheenai hub. When i approached local office at bhopal they showed very casual behaviour, When i asked for manager or senior number for compalint, they simply denied This is very strange you appointed such a donkey catogery person at your office who don’t know a basic "how to talk with customer. I need a formal apology & compensation from your side for my loss, also want my money back which you proudly charged Also provide me proper customer care no. & email id so i can esclate my experiance to higher authority.
