Blue Dart Express — irresponsible consumer call centre | |||
Regarding awb [protected] I got an sms that delivery will be attempted today (6th jan at my office address in jogeshwari (E) mumbai. My office is shut on saturday. I immediately called bluedart [protected] at 10.50 am and informed them the same. I stay in the building opposite the office. So i said if the delivery guy gives me a call, i can come to office and collect it. The call centre executive, ms. Neha, confirmed that she will ensure coordination happens dir delivery and it will be attempted between 4 and 7. The delivery was attempted at 12.20. At my office. No one called me. The delivery guy returned. I could check this on their map tracking. I called the call centre back at 12.45 and asked them to help coordinate again. Let's see. But very sad and angry to see that instructions aren't passed when they said they would. If it was not possible to instruct the delivery guy, they could have said as much or shared his number with me. I was happy to coordinate. Very poor call centre service.
