Blue Dart Express — irresponsible delivery of shipment

I was scheduled to receive a shipment by bluedart on 30-sep. The delivery got delayed by one day, when i call the blue dart call centre they promised to deliver the package by 1-oct. Eventually the product is not delivered under false pretext of prohibited entry. The shipment is not delivered on 2 - oct as well when it was intimated that shipment is out for delivery on 2-oct. This is irresponsible on behalf of blue dart and totally unacceptable. My shipment id number is [protected]. Screenshot of how blue dart is deferring my delivery is attached.
