Blue Dart Express — irresponsible team:in spite of right address package was not delivered | |||||
Shipment [protected] was supposed to deliver on 1st Oct 2018 as per tracking system update. I called to customer care on 1st Oct to assure delivery (In case of difficulty, if they want we can come and collect) and requested them to call on mob number if they have any difficulty . Despite of many calls and request; On the same day (1st Oct 18 ), I saw message " Out Of Delivery Area " without any try even no one bother to call us from Blue Dart . Same day at the evening on 1Oct 2018, I called to Bluedart Customer Care and explained status to Mercy and she assured me that she will convey message to concern team and try to ensure delivery on 3rd Oct 18 before 1 pm. Today, On 3rd Oct 8, I called customer care team in the morning and team confirms courier delivery. Now today at 1 PM I got another update " Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request " What is this? Are you people serious about this? the same incidence happen with me on Feb 2018. If you people are not capable to deliver thing on place and don’t have phone to call then please don’t take that delivery. Sharing tracking detail for reference.
