Blue Dart Express — Irresponsible to the service and communication | |||||
Hi, This is about Blue Dart courier service in Hinjevadi, Pune, Maharastra. One of my courier has been dispatched twice from Noida, which is very very Important document for me and it's required to reach me on time. When first time Shipment reached to Pune, Blue Dart contacted me only a single time and they updated the status of shipment in there tracker as "Consignee Not Available " for 7 days. Though they never contacted me via mail or on my mobile on any other day. Then after they again delivered to Origin (Noida). This was completely not acceptable. Tracking Way Bill number: [protected] I again requested Noida person to deliver it. This time I got a call from the first day (6 may) from Blue Dart person. As I was not available at the place, I gave him another time slot and told him to contact him.But He never contacted me again.Though I called that person 12-15 times about my presence. But he has not delivered my courier yet. Tracking Way Bill number: [protected] Please refer the attached screenshots.The behavior and service is not reliable and trustworthy at all. It seems that they don't care about their customer.Please solve my issue because I have been stuck and frustrated from this people. I want strict action against this people.
