Blue Dart Express — item damaged in transit | |||
We sent a toy bike through blue dart surface courier docket no. [protected] to hyderabad. Our customer received damaged item. Outer packing was damaged and product was also damaged so our customer did not accept the courier and returned back to blue dart. Now when we filed complain to blue dart, they said our packing was not appropriate. We had packed the item in multiple bubble wraps and then in outer corrugated box. We put handle with care labels also at all sides of box. We have not been told by blue dart while accepting the shipment that the packing is not appropriate.
