An item was to be delivered to me 2-3 days back but these Blue dart people they neither call the person nor do they provide any contact details of the person delivering the courier. This is the third item this same item has been dispatched to me and i am still to get the item.
I emailed the Blue dart customer service several times but they don't even bother to reply and even if they they just do it just for the sake of replying not to address the issue. I even told them to send me the address of the office so that i can myself go and receive the item but they didn't respond.
item with AWB [protected] is still kept with them.
These Blue dart rascals lack the basic quality of how to treat a customer.
