Item pending with blue dart from 1 week and they are not delivering product. They falsely update status as out for delivery and update it to restricted entry prohibited area falsely in night. Customer care is also of no use they just said sorry and do nothing. Very frustrated and disappointed with blue dart services which is simply pathetic and not recommended at all.
