Complaint marked as Resolved I received two separate messages one from amazon and second from blue dart. Amazon delivery was received but I still expected a bluedart courier to arrive. There was no quick way to enquire from bluedart, such as the delivery agent's phone number. This led to lodging of a complaint from my side. I got the clarification from bluedart now that Amazon was delivering an item through bluedart, and that both messages were for delivery of the same item. Hence complaint is resolved
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
