Hello sir. My tracking no. Is [protected]. I am waiting at home since last three days (9th june 2018 onwards till). But my item not delivered till now. Your srinagar agent had send me a message on saturday that the consignment is out for delivery but more than 3 days have passed since then. This isn't the first time your srinagar agent has delayed the delivery of my consignment, but in past also srinagar agent delivered items after delay of 5-10 days. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 13, 2018 Updated by JavedAK Today is 13th June, still our consignment not delivered by the Blue Dart. Jun 14, 2018 Updated by JavedAK Still not delivered although I received a messages yesterday that the package is out for delivery. Worth mentioning here that my home is just 1km from the local office of blue dart agent, but he is still not successful in delivering the package even after lapse of 7 days.. What a service being provided by Blue dart in Srinagar ??? Jun 15, 2018 Updated by JavedAK After waiting for delivery of my package for about a week, I visited the local courior office personally and collected the my package on 15/06/2018 . Jun 17, 2018 Updated by JavedAK Can I expect any action against the agent or I will have to approach consumer court.
