Blue Dart Express — late deliveries | |
Delivery delayed for no reason. I personally called blue dart in evening to make sure that my item gets delivered and representative assured me that it will. But blue dart failed my expectation.in the past also similar thing happened 3-4 times when shipment was out for delivery but it didn't get delivered. But this time the shippment was urgent for me and hence i am raising my concern in written, in a hope that someone will listen to my problem. They sent the order. when i track the Shipment Redirected On Same Awb and again it showing Shipment Further Connected means it going back to the hub or coming to delivery?
