Blue Dart Express — Late delivery and fake updation of status without contacting | |||||
Hello, My waybill no is [protected] is supposed to be delivered on 7th of june, delivery person is contacted me on 7th at 7:22pm and haven't talked properly 3 time on the same day, And after that no one is contacted me from blue dart and neither delivered my parcel, And when i have seen the tracking status they have updated like "consignee is shifted the address" i didn't get it without contacting me how can you update like this and when i was called and complained about it and i tried almost 2 days calling 10times the parcel is delivered at same address, due to the late delivery i have paid penalty of 2500rs who will be responsible for that, I need proper solution for that i have all the documents i have attached with this emai for your reference.
