Hi, I had applied for credit card in the month of Jan and I was out of town so my Consignement was taken back. I have called and then they have resend it. I called today in the evening by 06:10 to check the status then the lady told that will receive by 07:30. I have waited till the time and then again call back to the customer care then i came to knoe that the person updated the status Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed. My question is howcome last time they have visited my place twice and this time they need additional landmark. Kindly note that My place is 15 minutes walking distance from your Santacruz Branch. I need a stick action against the person. Refer sr No.[protected] My last reference no. [protected] & [protected] I need a stong action and need appology letter from your side.
