Blue Dart Express Limited — Continued pathetic service of Blue Dart. Waybill# [protected] | |||
Although i dont like Blue dart one bit, unfortunately i had to be their service consumer because most of my banks are associated with Blue dart. Nothing has changes in spite of giving feedback on multiple occasions. Their delivery is generally inefficient, specifically their delivery methodology is extremely annoying. They ship consignments to incorrect address. And their delivery boy/ branch dont bother to call the customer before coming or when the customer is not available at home. With regard to the consignment mentioned above, this was raised by my bank Standard Charted to dispatch my debit card. In spite of my request to them of not shipping through Bluedart, they had to as they are tired up with only one courier service vendor. When I track my consignment online, I see that it has been sent to some other address. And the comments are that I have shifted out of that home. This is really ridiculous and pathetic. The courier boy does not even have the courtesy to give me one call to check up. I’m really tired of such lack of ownership. For a debit card i have to now wait for several weeks cos of the inefficiency of these foolish people. Was this information helpful? | |||
